At Nrising, we aim to deliver your favorite clothing products quickly, safely, and efficiently across India.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all serviceable pincodes in India.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
- Remote locations may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999: Standard Shipping Charges ₹49 – ₹99 (depending on pincode & weight).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if applicable): ₹50 extra.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email, allowing real-time order tracking.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Return/Exchange Window:
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Accepted Reasons:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size issue
- Defective or damaged product
- Product not as described
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Innerwear
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Customized or limited-edition items (if applicable)
Condition of Returned Product
The item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all tags intact
Refund Process
Refund options:
- Store Credit / Coupon – fastest option
- Bank / UPI Refund – processed within 5–7 working days after quality check
- Original Payment Method Refund – where applicable
Exchange Process
You can request an exchange for size or color (if available).
If the item is out of stock, you may opt for:
